Job summary

Citi in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Lead Solution Architect- Senior Vice President to drive the target-state business architecture for finance platforms, focusing on general ledger, sub-ledger processes, close and consolidation, and data substantiation.

This role partners with Finance, Operations, and Technology to translate business needs into functional requirements, while guiding a small team of business architects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in Solutions Architecture with end-to-end business process hands-on experience.
• Deep knowledge of core finance processes including General Ledger, sub-ledger, close and consolidation, data substantiation, and multi-system reconciliation.
• Ability to model business capabilities and design end-to-end processes at scale in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of financial data flows and governance for regulatory reporting.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs, preferably SaaS ERP migrations (Oracle, SAP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
