Job summary

Tekgence Inc is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to own architecture deliverables from initial inventory through Gate 6, guiding integration patterns and governance in a regulated financial services context. The role requires AWS expertise and experience presenting trade-offs to executives.

You will lead assessments between EventBridge and MSK, shape the pattern library, and mentor architects across project phases, including Bank SteerCo sign-offs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
• 5+ years in integration and orchestration.
• Experience designing event-driven and domain-driven architectures at scale.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification required.
• Regulated financial services experience (banking, GSE, or insurance).
• Experience building pattern libraries and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with MCP and LLM integration patterns.
• Ability to present architecture trade-offs to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own all architecture deliverables from Phase 0 inventory through Gate 6.
• Lead EventBridge vs MSK assessment; deliver scored recommendation by Gate 1.
• Define integration pattern library structure, standards, and review gates.
• Design MCP integration gateway and AI readiness tier architecture.
• Define orchestration boundary guardrails and automated enforcement model.
• Present architecture decisions to Bank SteerCo and architects for sign-off.
• Mentor integration and platform architects across all phases.
• Lead Bank architect enablement and knowledge transfer through Phase 6.
