You will lead experiments, define process windows, and work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to move from lab-scale demonstrations to production-ready processes. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in catholyte development for sulfide, halide, or oxyhalide-based solid-state batteries.
• Experience owning a pilot-line, manufacturing transfer, or production-intent workflow is desirable.
• Experience with performance diagnostics and materials characterization methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and hands-on execution for scaling solid-state cathode fabrication from lab-scale to larger formats.
• Work with materials, tools, experiments, and process data to develop and improve cathode fabrication processes.
• Define material and process requirements, windows, and control strategies to improve yield and reliability.
• Lead root-cause analysis for defects, excursions, and performance issues.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and execution plans.
• Mentor cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, equipment, and supply chain.
