Job summary

360X Staffing seeks a skilled PV solar operations professional to oversee safe operation, maintenance, and performance of commercial solar assets at a California site. You will support daily plant operations, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems, ensuring compliance with safety and budget targets.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, spare parts management, and timely communication with site leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial solar operations experience OR 5+ years of instrumentation & controls, MV/HV electrical, or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining electrical generation facilities and HV switchyards.
• Knowledge of PV systems, SCADA, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and CMMS systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and safely perform equipment maintenance.
