ION Solar, LLC is seeking a full-time Solar Installer to assemble and install PV panels on roofs in Franklin, MA. This role is outdoors and involves reading plans, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with electricians and crew members.

You will ensure weather-sealed installations, conduct routine PV maintenance, and participate in safety meetings while meeting project timelines. A high school diploma and solar install experience are required.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install solar panels on roofs.
• Configure PV systems based on site conditions and connect panels to the power grid.
• Maintain quality assurance and safety for the crew.
• Complete projects within policies and procedures.
• Ensure equipment is weather-sealed and perform maintenance.
