Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solar install experience required.
• Vocational or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and installs solar panels on roofs.
• Configures PV systems based on site conditions and customer needs; connects panels to the grid.
• Maintain quality assurance and crew safety on site.
• Complete projects within policies and procedures.
• Wear safety guidelines per ION policy and OSHA.
• Train crew members on procedures, tools, and communication.
