Job summary

A renewable energy company in Texas is seeking a Lead Solar Field Service Technician to work on utility-scale solar farms. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of solar systems, leading a crew of technicians. The role requires extensive utility-scale solar experience and strong electrical troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of utility-scale solar experience (solar farms / ground-mount systems).
• Experience leading crews of 4+ or acting as lead tech on-site.
• Working knowledge of OSHA / NFPA 70E safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair utility-scale solar systems.
• Lead and direct field technicians on active solar farm sites.
• Perform operations and maintenance (O&M) on utility-scale solar plants.
