Job summary

Greenscape Energy seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial and residential solar construction projects from ideation to completion. You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, utility providers, AHJs, inspectors, and field crews, managing multiple moving parts and ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Your responsibilities include defining scope, coordinating resources, negotiating contracts, and tracking costs. A PMP or equivalent with 2+ years PM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of project management or related experience.
• Experience in construction or solar installation strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience accepted.
• PMI PMP certification preferred and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives.
• Coordinate resources and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to sites.
• Oversee on-site solar installation activities and safety compliance.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and field performance.
• Prepare and share project updates with stakeholders.
• Resolve field issues and manage change orders.
