Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a Manager, Asset Data Integrity to lead data accuracy across our solar operating fleet. You will validate and reconcile handover data from sellers and oversee post-handover production checks to ensure energy output and performance metrics align with expectations.

The role requires deep data expertise, strong project management, and collaboration with asset sellers, O&M teams, and stakeholders. CA location with travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy) or Data Science.
• 5+ years in solar industry with hands-on data handling or asset management experience.
• Strong expertise in solar asset data, performance metrics, and monitoring systems.
• Proven PM experience leading data validation, onboarding, or integrity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integrity efforts for the solar fleet, coordinating with asset sellers and the management company.
• Review, validate, and reconcile handover data packages for onboarding into fleet systems.
• Drive error-free onboarding and post-handover production validation testing.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across datasets and monitoring feeds.
• Develop data quality controls, reconciliation workflows, and audit processes.
