Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant STEM field.
• 9+ years of software development experience in avionics or real-time embedded systems.
• 1+ years of technical leadership.
• 1+ years of experience with Agile tools: GitLab, Jira.
• Ability to develop readable and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Develops, documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems.
• Lead the development of secure software methodologies to generate repeatable, automated test points, plans and procedures.
• Support program engineering leads and management in day-to-day task activities and issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors across multi-site programs.
