Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex cross-functional software features in automotive or adjacent domains.
• Experience authoring epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and agile ceremonies (grooming, PI planning, sprints).
• Embedded vehicle software interfacing with multiple vehicle system layers.
• Knowledge of HMI principles and end-to-end system behavior across components.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software delivery for vehicle feature sets from concept to release.
• Translate PRDs and design into epics and sprint-ready user stories with criteria.
• Lead feasibility, scope for PI planning, and manage changes to protect milestones.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Architecture, and Test.
• Define feature dependencies and blockers across HMI, services, and validation.
• Validate end-to-end behavior on bench/vehicle and ensure UX intent alignment.
• Lead defect triage and drive closure with root-cause analysis and retests.
• Maintain execution visibility with epic status, risks, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure test coverage aligns with requirements and edge cases.
