Qualifications

• BS in engineering or computer science.
• 5+ years designing and developing applications, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Team Management and Mentorship: Manage a team of individual contributors and cultivate a high-performing team.
• Strategic Planning: Define software deliverables, set timelines, and prioritize tasks with product/project teams.
• Technical Implementation: Hands-on involvement, review and contribute to critical components in C++.
• Facilitate Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with systems, hardware, usability, and clinical teams for smooth rollout.
• Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards: Adhere to ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and implement verification/validation practices.
