Job summary

DeepSight Technology Inc. is seeking a Software Manager to lead the ultrasound imaging platform development. You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with hardware, UX, and clinical teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong C++ background, experience in medical devices, and proven leadership in fast-growing teams, delivering robust software in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing and developing applications, with 2+ years in leadership/management.
• Strong background in object‑oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with modern C++ (C++14/17/20).
• Experience with source control, CI, and automated unit testing.
• Leadership across full software development life cycle.
• Collaboration with hardware, systems, and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software team developing enabling frameworks and architecture for ultrasound imaging platform.
• Define software deliverables, timelines, and priorities with product/project management.
• Mentor and develop team members, maintaining high-quality coding practices and standards.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, usability, and clinical teams for integrated solutions.
