Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quality engineering and test strategy for complex programs.
• Hands-on UI, API, backend, and integration automation with Playwright and Cypress.
• Strong API integration testing, web services, and system interoperability.
• Experience in API performance testing using Gatling and BlazeMeter.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills across diverse environments.
• Proficient with Git, Jira, XRay, Insomnia; cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor others, and promote scalable quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead QE activities: test planning, strategy, validation, automation, release readiness.
• Design and maintain integration tests for systems, services, data flows, and interfaces.
• Apply agile practices to plan and manage work in iterative delivery environments.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and delivery teams on requirements and risks.
• Lead UI, API, backend, integration and performance automation with Playwright, Cypress, Gatling.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across systems, applications, services, and networks.
• Monitor progress, remove bottlenecks, and promote continuous improvement.
• Communicate status and quality insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
