As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer for Meraki Assurance, you will lead engineering teams to advance Network Assurance applications through machine learning and AI solutions. You will work on elevating the Meraki Dashboard to incorporate innovative, scalable, and secure AI features, addressing the needs of large network administrators globally.

Your success depends on guiding a team of skilled ML/AI engineers, fostering collaboration, and partnering with engineering leaders, UX designers, product managers, and security experts. You will work closely with your team and cross-functional partners to develop and integrate ML/AI features into the Dashboard platform.

You Will:
  1. Collaborate with senior engineering leaders and product management to set the technical vision for the ML/AI roadmap.
  2. Guide the ML engineering team in defining short, medium, and long-term goals.
  3. Contribute to recruiting strategies to build a diverse and inclusive team.
  4. Mentor and coach engineers through technical challenges.
  5. Work on projects across networking domains to scale ML solutions handling large data volumes.
You Are an Ideal Candidate If You:
  1. Have 12+ years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, software engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
  2. Have experience building large-scale AI models using MLOps practices with frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  3. Are proficient in writing robust, maintainable code in Python and/or R.
  4. Have experience with complex datasets, ETL pipelines, SQL, and data engineering.
  5. Possess expertise in cloud architecture and technologies such as AWS, Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform.
  6. Have experience developing scalable, production-ready Generative AI solutions.
  7. Understand real-time technologies like Kafka and ClickHouse.
