Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Software Engineer to deliver robust technology solutions for U.S. federal government missions. You will lead system design, deploy complex architectures, and provide SME support from planning through deployment.

Expect collaboration across engineering teams, rigorous testing, and documentation deliverables. Responsibilities include developing deployment plans, conducting PDRs/CDRs, and ensuring successful SATs and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing architecture for complex systems.
• Proven ability to draft deployment plans and manage deployments.
• Familiarity with release management tools and CI/CD.
• Experience with system integration platforms and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to manage technical documentation and deployment pipelines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting demonstrations and supporting SATs.
• Excellent communication during testing phases.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Design and architect system solutions, including deployment plans and system design documentation.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support for software and systems engineering initiatives.
• Deploy systems and propose resolutions for complex technical challenges.
• Perform comprehensive testing activities, including defect tracking and technical reporting.
• Prepare and deliver Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Conduct system demonstrations and testing sessions.
• Support System Acceptance Tests (SATs) and ensure successful system integration and deployment.
