US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Application Development (Supply Chain) to provide technical leadership while hands-on building web/mobile apps, APIs, and integrations that power our supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-stack experience, strong Azure expertise, and a proven ability to mentor teams, design scalable architectures, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years developing and delivering web, mobile, enterprise, or integration solutions.
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications, APIs, and integrations supporting supply chain operations.
• Remain hands-on while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
• Apply supply chain expertise across procurement, inventory, demand planning, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Lead technical design and architecture for scalable, secure, reliable solutions.
• Drive delivery priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate progress.
