Qualifications

• Mastery in systems design and programming across languages and platforms (8+ years).
• Deep knowledge of distributed filesystems in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Strong Java and Python, with solid SQL and database experience (relational and non-relational).
• Experience building SAAS products on public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven ability to design and develop distributed systems at scale with modern architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Envision and build new components/frameworks in distributed filesystems for scalable cloud platforms.
• Design and develop production-ready code used by millions of users.
• Lead code reviews, mentoring, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Address complex technical issues, improve system scalability, robustness, and availability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain high service availability.
• Create and share technical documentation for engineers and stakeholders.
