Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-service releases and teams while staying hands-on.
• Full-stack depth across front-end SPAs/desktop apps and backend services.
• Strong DevOps skills for CI/CD, containers, and cloud/on-prem deployments.
• Proficiency with data schemas, integrations, migrations, and versioning.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and manage scope/risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end release management for web, desktop, and microservices.
• Oversee code quality and PR governance across multiple programming languages.
• Provide architectural direction for services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Contribute hands-on code across backend services and front-end components.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security scanning.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and lead incident response and post-mortems.
