The role demands 8–10+ years of experience in software development, strong Java skills, and mentoring capabilities. Philadelphia-based with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office) to provide flexibility and accessibility.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree or equivalent work experience in CS or related field.
• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
