Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the global implementation of the RX Logic Pharmacovigilance SaaS platform. You will own end-to-end technical solutions, ensure seamless data flow, and set the engineering standard across R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.

You'll mentor engineers, design scalable full-stack solutions (TypeScript/Node.js/React), emphasize security and compliance (GxP, GDPR), and partner with Product Owners to translate requirements into robust, reusable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years designing modern application architectures and cloud-native solutions on Azure or Google Cloud.
• Proven experience architecting API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, JSON).
• Hands-on full-stack engineering with TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js/React in a DevSecOps culture.
• Background in data engineering (Oracle, SQL, ETL) with GDPR/GxP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for RX Logic SaaS platform and architect robust API patterns connecting systems across R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory.
• Design and build scalable full-stack solutions with security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Product Owners and Designers to shape backlog and translate requirements into engineering approaches.
• Lead and coach engineers within the team and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement including AI-enabled integrations and modern delivery practices.
