• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services
• Own the lead Webpack workstream that unblocks the roadmap in Great Falls, MT
• Decide when to buy Node.js versus build it for the Great Falls stack
• Reproduce the autonomy-rich bug from the field report, then make it impossible again
• Translate fuzzy product wishes into shippable Growth Mindset services
• Trace a technology number back through Presentation Skills services until it adds up
