Job summary
The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the KC-46 team in Tukwila, WA. This role involves leading software development for Mission Systems, focusing on code quality and process improvement.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of programming experience with C, C++, or Ada, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree. This position is intended to be 100% onsite, and requires U.S. Citizenship for obtaining a security clearance.
The selected individual will work in a collaborative engineering environment supporting government and international programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
- 10+ years programming experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience in software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of software development for Mission Systems.
- Oversee design, development, and maintenance of software.
- Consult on software domains and oversee project management activities.
