As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented Development Engineers in India to join our team and contribute to building storage solutions for the most data-intensive applications. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new features for our high-performance storage platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve software bugs across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and distributed teams to understand product requirements.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and product validation.
  • Optimize performance for specific use cases and deployment environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with C in Linux environments.
  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise-class storage, HPC systems, or distributed systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Parallel File Systems, especially Lustre, is a plus.
  • Experience with Linux networking, kernel VFS, IO subsystems, and Ext4 file system is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Gerrit, and GitHub is a plus.

Interview Process: After submitting your application, one of our recruiters will review your resume. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 30-minute interview during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the interview, you will enter the main process, which can consist of up to four interviews in total:

  • Coding assessment: Often in a language of your choice.
  • Systems design: Translate high-level requirements into a scalable, fault-tolerant service (depending on role).
  • Real-time problem-solving: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.
  • Meet and greet with the wider team.
  • Our goal is to finish the main process in 2-3 weeks at most.
