Job summary

Blue Chip Talent is seeking a senior-level Lead Software Engineer to drive the integration of enterprise procurement tech, with focus on Levelpath and Jaggaer. This hybrid role is based in Charlotte, NC, requiring 2 days in the office weekly.

You will lead technical implementations, design scalable integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP, configure workflows, and collaborate with vendors and business teams from design through production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application/software implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading complex technical implementations and integrations.
• Strong experience with Levelpath and/or Jaggaer.
• Hands-on experience integrating procurement applications with Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERP.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, API security, and authentication.
• Understanding of API gateways, messaging architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and event streaming/Kafka.
• Development experience with Java and/or Python, SQL, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience supporting large-scale SIT/UAT and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead for Levelpath/Jaggaer implementation, configuration, and integration initiatives.
• Design scalable connections between procurement platforms and Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Configure workflows, security roles, and platform functionality to support procurement operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and file-based data exchange.
• Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or comparable middleware for cloud integrations.
• Build and troubleshoot components using Java, Python, and SQL.
• Manage data movement and synchronization of suppliers, contracts, and procurement data.
• Collaborate with QA and business teams during SIT and UAT to ensure quality deployments.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements for stability and performance.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical documentation, code reviews, and CI/CD deployment practices.

Blue Chip Talent is looking for a senior-level Lead Software Engineer to help drive the implementation and integration of enterprise procurement technology, with a strong focus on Levelpath and Jaggaer. This is a hybrid role in Charlotte NC with 2 days in the office.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical leadership with hands-on integration expertise and work closely with business teams, architects, vendors, and implementation partners to take complex solutions from design through production.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Serve as a technical lead for Levelpath/Jaggaer implementation, configuration, and integration initiatives
• Design scalable connections between procurement platforms, Oracle Fusion ERP, contract systems, supplier applications, and other enterprise technologies
• Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, and platform functionality to support procurement operations
• Develop and maintain integrations utilizing REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, event-driven architecture, and file-based data exchange
• Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or comparable middleware to connect cloud-based enterprise applications
• Build and troubleshoot integration components using Java, Python, and SQL
• Manage data movement and synchronization involving suppliers, contracts, procurement master data, and transactional information
• Partner with QA and business teams throughout SIT and UAT, helping ensure complex integrations are thoroughly tested
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements that strengthen system stability and performance
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical documentation, code reviews, deployment practices, and CI/CD processes

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of enterprise application/software implementation experience

Proven experience leading complex technical implementations and integrations

Strong experience with Levelpath and/or Jaggaer

Knowledge of Levelpath APIs, workflow configuration, AI functionality, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)

Hands-on experience integrating procurement applications with Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERP or similar enterprise systems

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, API security, and authentication

Understanding of API gateways, messaging architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and event streaming/Kafka

Development experience with Java and/or Python, SQL, Git, and CI/CD

Experience supporting large-scale SIT/UAT and production deployments

Additional Experience That Would Stand Out:

• Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments
• Supplier onboarding and lifecycle management
• Strategic sourcing and contract management
• Coupa, iValua, GEP, Ironclad, or similar enterprise platforms
• ETL, master data synchronization, BICC/FBDI, and file-based integrations
• Cloud-native architecture and secure API development

Hybrid Schedule: This position requires onsite presence 2 days a week in Charlotte NC.
