Frontline Education is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II, Team Lead for the Customer Continuity focus. This remote role in the USA demands hands-on leadership across React, .NET/C#, and Angular, with expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and AWS.

You will own end-to-end delivery for the Legacy Platform Engineering team, drive architecture and design reviews, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, and offshore contributors to ensure reliable, scalable software for

Qualifications

Strong hands-on full-stack proficiency across React, .NET/C#, and Angular.
Experience designing, developing, and supporting REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications using AWS.
Experience leading engineering teams and reviewing code for quality and maintainability.

Responsibilities

Lead the Legacy Platform Engineering team and own end-to-end delivery.
Drive sprint planning, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
Mentor engineers and lead code reviews and technical design discussions.
Collaborate with Product and QA, DevOps, and offshore contributors to ensure production readiness.
