Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering and 5+ years of coding in Java or Python.
• Experience in system design, application development, testing and operational stability.
• Experience coding in a large corporate environment with modern languages and DB querying.
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies including CI/CD and security.

Responsibilities

• Participates in design and development of scalable, resilient systems using Java or Python.
• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Produces architecture artifacts and ensures design constraints are met by code.
• Develops visualizations from large data sets to drive software improvements.
• Identifies data patterns to improve coding hygiene and architecture.
• Designs and implements blockchain-based solutions, including smart contracts.
• Uses AWS to architect, deploy, and manage scalable applications.
• Promotes AI-assisted engineering practices and validates AI outputs for correctness.
