Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a hybrid, contract engagement in Columbus, OH. You will design and build multi-agent orchestration platforms, AI-enabled automation, and enterprise-grade full-stack apps to advance Generative AI capabilities across the organization.

Lead a team, collaborate with product and architecture, and ensure secure, scalable solutions with high performance. 7+ years in enterprise web apps and deep experience in Python/Java/JS/TS/React/Next.js are required.

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and enable AI solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and enable reusable AI capabilities across the organization. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions
• 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight

Desired skills:

• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns

Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour
