Job summary

Neumo Holdings LLC is seeking a Software Development Team Lead (On-Site) in Fort Wayne, IN. You will direct and contribute to the Fulfillment software stack, including OTC/MR and LP systems, while writing production code and shaping technical direction.

You will lead a small team with deep domain knowledge, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-time delivery for jurisdictional RFP recompete work in a Kanban setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with C# and the .NET framework.
• Strong object-oriented design and SOLID principles.
• Experience building web apps using MVC (ASP.NET MVC preferred).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
• Experience delivering in Kanban/continuous-flow environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full development workload—write production code continuously, not just review it.
• Own the hardest work on the team—tackle technically complex items.
• Break down ambiguous work into right-sized, deliverable pieces.
• Manage flow and keep work in progress within limits.
