THE COMPANY

This early-stage, open-source startup is building a next-generation platform to optimize large language model (LLM) applications. Their mission is to create a seamless feedback loop that transforms production data into smarter, faster, and more cost-effective AI systems.

With strong backing from top-tier investors and a highly technical founding team, they are focused on building intuitive, developer-first tools that unify inference, observability, optimization, and experimentation.

THE ROLE

As a Founding Front-End Engineer, you’ll be responsible for crafting delightful, high-impact user interfaces that power the core of the platform. You’ll work closely with the founding team to build the first version of their open-source observability dashboard and other user-facing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of front-end features and interfaces.
• Build intuitive dashboards and workflows for developers working with LLMs.
• Collaborate with back-end and ML engineers to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Contribute to open-source projects and engage with the developer community.
• Help shape the product vision, engineering culture, and design standards.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong front-end engineering background, ideally with experience in React, Tailwind, or Remix.
• Proven ability to take projects from concept to deployment.
• Passion for design and user experience, with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Eagerness to grow beyond front-end and explore full-stack or ML-related work.
• Based in or willing to relocate to NYC for in-person collaboration.
