Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, or 10+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, testing of modern software solutions and reusable platform capabilities.
• Evaluate and apply emerging technologies such as generative AI, RAG, and cloud-native services.
• Translate business goals into scalable software designs and technical roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence and responsible technology adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
