Sedaro is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to build our culture of operational excellence. You will integrate CI/CD, security, and observability tools for our Kubernetes-based multi-cloud environment, and rally your teammates toward best practices.

You will lead efforts to optimize multi-cloud production infrastructure, design observability with measurable SLOs, and drive automation through IaC and CI/CD while promoting Lean practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience implementing CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability practices.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architecture
• Experience implementing CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability practices
• Proficiency in scripting and automation

Additional Desirable Experience

• Track record implementing security controls and vulnerability management
• Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform CDKTF
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Experience with IL4/5+ and/or NIST 800-171

Compensation

• Competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, equity (where applicable), and full benefits package.
• Sedaro may offer a discretionary bonus for employees who obtain or transfer a clearance, with bonus levels varying based on clearance level achieved.
