ARCHER is seeking a lead software and data engineer to drive the Corporate Technology risk team's initiatives in Plano, TX. You will design, develop, and operate secure data platforms and scalable applications, guiding engineers and advancing responsible AI-assisted development.

You will build Snowflake data models and Spark pipelines using Python, Databricks, and AWS, oversee CI/CD, and ensure operational stability across migrations and API interfaces in a fast-paced financial-tech environment.

Competenze

Requires at least five years of applied software or data engineering experience.
Strong programming and data platform skills.
Experience with system design, testing, operational stability, and data or platform migrations.
Cloud-native AWS and API experience.
CI/CD and SDLC expertise.
Ability to lead secure, responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.
