Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time Lead Software Engineer to join our IT team in Cincinnati. You will lead development for an application component, design and deploy software in an Agile SDLC, and work in a hybrid, cloud-native setting using C#, Angular, EF, and Azure.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate requirements, and contribute to best practices while supporting internal systems modernization. Office-based with on-site mentoring included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software development using C# in an enterprise SDLC.
• Experience with Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks and REST endpoints.
• 2 years of web development and Azure experience encouraged.
