Job summary

Pariveda Solutions in New York City seeks a Lead Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise applications. You’ll grow through mentorship, work with Fortune-500 clients, and gain exposure to the full SDLC in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

You’ll use languages such as Python, .NET, Java, JavaScript, and SQL, plus front-end frameworks, AI-enabled tooling, and cloud platforms to build modern, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience with technical leadership such as mentoring or leading project components
• Client-facing or consulting experience preferred
• Ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead small Pariveda teams and help teammates develop their skills and careers
• Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune-500 clients across industries
• Execute projects from start to finish and participate in the full SDLC
• Collaborate with clients to solve real business challenges in an agile, people-first way
• Explore cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and build modern applications
