Pariveda is seeking a lead software engineer in Atlanta to design, build, and deliver enterprise-level applications across a diverse tech stack. You will grow junior team members, partner with clients in an agile, people-first environment, and oversee projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with technical leadership such as coaching others and leading parts of projects.
• Client facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
• Able to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build custom solutions across a variety of technologies in a hybrid model environment.
• Lead small teams and mentor teammates to develop their skills and careers.
• Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune-500 clients in various industries.
• Deliver projects end-to-end across the SDLC, including estimation, requirements, architecture, and testing.
• Explore and develop cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Apply AI strategically to enhance client solutions and communicate value and limitations to stakeholders.
• Present findings and demos to senior executives and stakeholders.
