As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorganChase Asset Wealth Management, you will provide hands‑on leadership to an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market‑leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will provide technical leadership across the Fund Administration and Transfer Agency technology estate, owning delivery execution, influencing architecture direction and engineering standards, driving platform modernization and operational resiliency, and contributing to talent development. This role demands a self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage competing priorities, and drives engineering excellence across the team.
