Qualifications

• 8+ years as a full-stack engineer with ownership of frontend and backend systems.
• Experience leading technical direction for a team or product area.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and AI-powered capabilities.
• Strong hands-on collaborator with bias to action and ability to deliver on estimates.
• Deep experience with distributed systems and modern cloud architectures.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and elevating technical practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and roadmap for a core product area end-to-end — from data model to UI — partnering with design and product to ship experiences customers love
• Lead the design of systems that surface insight from data at massive scale.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML in the product, from bug-detection pipelines to full-stack AI-powered recommendations
• Set technical direction for scaling our infrastructure cost-effectively while maintaining reliability under heavy load
• Raise the bar for the team: mentor engineers, review architecture decisions, and model strong full-stack craftsmanship
