You will lead a cross-functional team to craft AI-enabled developer experiences and secure API platforms while hands-on contributing to critical code and architecture decisions. The role emphasizes building scalable, secure, and observable systems with a focus on responsible AI, automated testing, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Experience leading software teams delivering complex platforms/products.
• Experience validating AI-assisted outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong security fundamentals for external integrations and threat modeling.
• Proficiency in Java and modern backend stacks; API design using OpenAPI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of an AI-first Developer Portal experience with architecture patterns for agent workflows and secure execution.
• Build and operate AI-enabled support experiences with contextual understanding of client/workspace state.
• Design and deliver secure external API platform capabilities, including contract-first design and versioning.
