TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Ads Infra team, focusing on big data processing and building scalable infrastructure for ads, ML and ranking systems.

You will drive key technical projects, collaborate across cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and help shape roadmaps for real-time analytics, large-scale storage and ML infrastructure that support millions of advertisers and influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related technical disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in big data processing and storage frameworks (Hadoop, Flink, Spark, Kafka, Hive, HBase, Redis, RocksDB).
• Strong CS fundamentals (coding, algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and formulate clear, concise solutions.
• Effective communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects committed to building and operating big data computing frameworks and storage systems for large-scale Ads and ML workloads.
• Communicate cross-functionally across teams and stakeholders to advance engineering efforts.
