Lead development of disruptive estimation theory and resource management software at STR.
Location: Woburn, Massachusetts, United States
Compensation: $174,000 - 220,000 USD per year
As a Lead Software Engineer at STR, you will help develop disruptive technologies focused on estimation theory, prediction and system resource management. You will design and implement flexible software solutions and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary project teams. You will provide high‑impact, unique solutions for our customers' most important problems. This position is based primarily in the Woburn, MA office.
STR's Analytics and C2 Division researches and develops novel technologies to solve challenging national security problems through advanced analytics. The Signals Exploitation and Tracking (SET) Group applies machine learning, statistics, estimation theory, and information theory algorithms for signals exploitation, target tracking, predictive analytics, and system resource management.
Full‑time salary range: $174,000 - $220,000.
The salary range listed is based on external market data. Offers are based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education, training, key skills/critical skills, security clearances, and prevailing market and business conditions.
