Responsibilities

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will

• Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, develop and implement innovative software solutions, utilizing your skills in ASP, ASP.NET, MVC, AI, ML, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SASS, Angular, and React.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and efficient software solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Work in an agile environment, adhering to best practices and continuously improving processes.
• Leverage your knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Azure, to optimize our software solutions for the cloud environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always at the forefront of the energy industry.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web solutions.
• Proficiency in ASP, ASP.NET, MVC, AI, ML, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SASS, Angular, and React.
• Experience leading a team of software engineers.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, with Azure certification being a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodology, with Agile certification being a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps will be highly regarded.
