Job Title: Lead / Software Engineer. Location: Richmond, VA. Job Responsibilities: Software Engineer with experience in the following technology stack:

• Required skill set: Python or Golang, AWS (Step functions, lambda, dynamodb)
• Developing web applications using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Writing efficient, reusable, and testable code to build server-side logic.
• Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic and collaborating with front-end developers.
• Implementing data storage solutions and managing data interchange between the server and users (SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Developing data processing pipelines and leveraging libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data analysis and AI/ML applications.
• Automating processes using Python scripts and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Designing and developing scalable, reliable backend services and APIs using Go.
• Implementing RESTful APIs and gRPC services with a focus on performance optimization.
• Utilizing Go's concurrency primitives (goroutines and channels) to build high-performance, concurrent applications.
• Working with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (which is itself written in Go).
• Integrating with various databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for maximum efficiency and security.
