ProAg, a Tokio Marine HCC group company, is hiring a Lead Software Engineer in Maple Grove, MN. You will bridge business strategy and technology, guiding product and engineering teams to design scalable, secure software while shaping technical direction and tradeoffs.

You will partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and engineers to translate needs into robust architectural solutions and drive value through the software lifecycle in a hybrid work model (Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• Strong expertise in modern application architecture, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, influence decisions, and guide teams toward effective solutions.
