Our next-generation platform integrates industry-leading analytics, advanced software architecture, and the latest web technologies.Lead Engineers at this level are expected to demonstrate over 10 years of overall experience in software engineering, with clear evidence of expanding technical ownership and scope. You will play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the team’s output meets the highest standards for quality and velocity. All About You

10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with a demonstrable track record of technical growth, increasing ownership, and driving impactful outcomes.

Proven capability to mentor and develop engineers, evidenced by successful technical guidance, effective code reviews, and facilitation of design discussions.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, decisions, and trade-offs to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated technical leadership in driving architecture and design decisions, influencing technical direction, and enabling team success.

Strong experience in software development for data-driven backend applications, including database technologies such as Postgres, data modelling, and data architecture design.

Expertise in Java and proficiency with frontend technologies like ReactJS.

Advanced object-oriented programming skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Leading the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software systems in a collaborative environment.

Managing and optimising CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Familiarity with testing RESTful APIs, load testing, and unit testing using modern tools.

Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
