  • Take ownership of technical design decisions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentoring engineers across the team.
  • Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit testing, integration testing, API testing, automation frameworks, and quality gates to ensure production-ready software.
  • Proactively address security throughout the software lifecycle by implementing secure coding practices, supporting vulnerability remediation, addressing penetration test findings, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and related technologies to improve engineering productivity, code quality testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while ensuring responsible and secure usage.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, cloud platforms, API ecosystems, AI-assisted development, and modern software engineering practices, bringing innovative ideas to the organization.
