The position requires strong Java development, cloud experience, and ServiceNow expertise, with responsibilities spanning design, implementation, and documentation of web-based components and APIs.

Qualifications

• Lead on a team providing technical expertise and clear communications to the Sponsor.
• Experience implementing industry best practices with accessibility standards and Agile.
• Proven ability to propose business-value IT solutions focused on UX/UI, quality, and speed.
• Experience documenting and maintaining web-based components including databases and APIs.
• Strong Java development experience.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies and AWS environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow and IT service management processes.
• Experience across full accreditation lifecycle.
• Experience managing Tier 1–3 support and creating IT workflows and SOPs.

Responsibilities
