A leading pharmacy solutions company in Denver seeks a Lead Software Architect to transform business requirements into technical solutions. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance technology portfolios and drive innovation. This role requires extensive experience in software development, solution architecture, and AWS technologies.

Lead Software Architect
We are seeking a Lead Software Architect to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborating with both internal and external technology teams, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of our current infrastructure and provide hands-on developing and supporting new modern healthcare business applications. Your expertise will be essential in identifying , prioritizing, and developing critical enhancements to our technology portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and external consulting partners, you will define clear technical requirements for priority business initiatives and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities will encompass problem analysis, solution architecture, minimum viable product design, proof of concept development, technical leadership, software development leadership using Agile Scrum, quality assurance, security analysis, and non-functional requirements. As a thought leader in the industry, you will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in our solutions. You will also play a crucial role in developing prototypes and proof of concepts to evaluate and demonstrate the feasibility of new technologies and solutions.

Salary Considerations
Anticipated annual base pay range: $165,000 - $190,000 plus additional variable compensation.
