Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Lead Architect in East Peoria, IL to drive architecture and solution delivery across the CPD within the Power and Energy Group.

You will lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, full-stack solutions using Agile methodologies while coordinating with product owners and stakeholders. Responsibilities include technical leadership, DevOps strategy, automation, and mentorship of engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong Agile mindset, with experience working in or leading product-centric, cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions within the Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps.
• Deep expertise in .NET-based full-stack architecture, with the ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, full-stack solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Define and evolve application architecture across frontend, backend, integration, and data layers, aligning with enterprise standards and goals.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
