This technology will also allow homeowners to receive a monetizable home data indexing tool useful to obtain the most efficient homeowners’ insurance possible – eliminating costly insurance gaps.

Now entering its next phase of innovation, the company is seeking a Lead Software Architect to drive the evolution of its tech stack and spearhead its AI-driven transformation.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Execution

• Shape and execute the end-to-end technology strategy in close alignment with product and business vision.
• Act as a technical founder — balancing architecture with product practicality and time-to-market discipline.
• Build scalable, secure platforms that leverage AI and blockchain to redefine customer experience.
• Lead the development of new product modules, customized real estate landing pages, and API integration layers.

Tech Stack Leadership & Infrastructure

• Design and build the core infrastructure on AWS, emphasizing performance, security, and scalability.
• Oversee full system architecture, database design, front-end UX, and ongoing DevOps needs.

Partner & Integration Engineering

• Drive technical integrations with a growing roster of partners over the next 6–12 months.
• Collaborate directly with real estate, CRM, and insurance data platforms.

Required Experience:

• Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and making high-stakes architectural decisions.
• Think like a product leader and build like a founder.
• Have experience (or curiosity) in CRMs, proptech, insurtech, or home services platforms.
• Love staying on the frontier of AI and blockchain innovation.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience in SEO, e-Commerce architecture, or database optimization.
• Building and managing agile development teams.
• Prior startup or early-stage experience where you wore multiple hats and made things happen.
